About Ternpoint Group

A new model of fractional leadership

— among Western Canada’s first multi-domain fractional organizations, built to support growing companies across North America.

Ternpoint Group exists to help leaders build businesses that can operate with confidence as complexity increases and conditions change.

Built from real, hands-on operating leadership

Ternpoint was formed in response to a clear gap we saw in the market:

leaders did not need more advice, reporting, rigid agendas, or templated operating systems. They need senior, embedded support that could work inside the business — helping design and build real change with systems and people, not just describe it.

Ternpoint is built on senior leadership experience developed inside growing businesses — not advisory theory or project consulting. The examples across this site reflect leadership roles where Ternpoint’s operating approach was developed and proven inside real organizations.

Our work is grounded in a simple idea: resilient businesses are built deliberately over time — not implemented through off-the-shelf solutions. They emerge through thoughtful design, disciplined execution, and leadership teams that understand not just what they are trying to achieve, but how the organization must operate to get there.

Role clarity

Ternpoint operates in an embedded, hands-on fractional leadership role. Decision authority and operational ownership remain with client leadership at all times. Our role is to increase decision quality, coordination, and follow-through by providing senior judgment, structure, and continuity — not to assume executive authority or act as an officer or director of the business.

A different kind of partner

Ternpoint engagements are anchored by a primary senior fractional leader who works alongside ownership and leadership teams with clear responsibility for improving decision quality, structure, and follow-through.

Rather than rotating advisors or interchangeable specialists, we establish continuity of judgment and accountability for role and contribution — embedding senior leadership where it matters most as the business evolves.

When additional expertise is required, complementary capability is introduced intentionally to extend impact — whether through targeted initiatives or parallel fractional roles — coordinated through the core senior engagement without fragmenting leadership alignment or diluting coordination across initiatives.

This model allows leaders to gain the benefits of a broad, multi-domain partner while maintaining a clear point of senior integration and accountability for coordination.

Why this work matters

We believe the most meaningful work happens where leaders and organizations build lasting operating capability — not dependency.

The businesses we work with are often successful, well-run, and deeply committed. What they seek is not reinvention, but greater confidence and control as the stakes increase. Our role is to help build that confidence through structure that fits, leadership that scales, and operating models that can absorb change without breaking.

This requires courage, openness, creativity, and accountability — from us and from our partners. These are not abstract values, but practical conditions for meaningful progress.

Our orientation

Ternpoint is not a consultancy, built around frameworks, nor a collection of disconnected services. We are a full-suite operating and leadership partner, designed to meet leaders where the real work of building the business happens.

The result is not a report, a system, or a methodology.
It is an organization better equipped to decide, execute, and adapt — with less reliance on individual effort and more confidence in how the business actually runs.

“Helped turn ideas into something we could actually manage. Sales now have a tangible plan to focus on, marketing knows what to push, and we’re using data to see what’s working and adjust.

It ties back to the big picture. Feels like a system now, and everyone’s pulling the same way.”
